What was going wrong
Each rental application arrived as a stack of PDFs and photos. Someone had to read all of it, pull out the key details and check nothing was missing before the manager could even start to decide.
The build
What we did
We built Tenant Desk, a document workflow that runs in four steps.
- Collect the application, ID and supporting documents
- Read and cross-check key fields for consistency and missing details
- Deliver a structured summary email with the originals attached
- Hand the decision to the property manager
The system organises and summarises. It never approves or rejects an applicant. Client records stay in the client's own server environment.
The result
Where it landed
The manager reviews one summary instead of a folder of files. Missing documents and mismatched details are flagged before anyone has to chase them.
