Someone opens the sales spreadsheet every Monday, copies the numbers into an email and sends it round. It takes twenty minutes and gets forgotten on busy weeks.
The build
What we did
We built a scheduled cloud flow on standard Microsoft 365 connectors:
- A weekly Recurrence trigger
- List rows from an Excel table stored in OneDrive
- Turn the rows into a clean HTML table
- Send it from Outlook to the team
